A perfect paste for creating a gelato with an intense colour (without colourings) and the typical taste of Italian egg cream.
With Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract and egg yolk for a rich and full flavour in a characteristic cream, because tradition is the Queen in the gelato parlour.
RECIPE:
Add the 30 g of Vanilla Regina Paste per kg of White base.
