INGREDIENTS:
1 bag of 1,2 Kg base Dinosaur Park®
3 l of milk · Variegate Dinosaur Park® as req.

PROCEDURE:
Dissolve the contents of a bag in the milk, batch freeze the mixture and place the gelato in the gelato tray.
To finish variegate in stripes.
