THE course

The Advanced Gelato Course is designed for those who already have the basic knowledge to produce gelato but that want to learn more and have a deeper understanding of the process.

INTRODUCtion

The Advance course will teach you about the most important ingredients in gelato

During this program you will acquire a more scientific perspective on the ingredients used to make gelato and will leave with a deeper understanding on how they behave in a gelato recipe.  You will also review balancing and will be able to balance new recipes and clear any old doubts about the process.  Most importantly, this program will have you making different gelatos using different methods and bases.  You will learn new flavors and dairy substitutions as well as new trends and different presentation techniques.
