INGREDIENTS: 100% Organic Pistachio Paste.

FEATURES: The paste undergoes a refining process which determines the consistency of the Pesto.

DOSAGE: 100 / 150 g per Kg of base mixture.

THE GELATO: We recommend applying the Pistachio Pesto Bio to a base mixture without any flavourings  in order to exalt the intense flavour of the Pistachio.

The paste  is a natural green colour  without any colourings, as requested by the Organic Regulations. The  gelato obtained has a delicate green speckled colour  due to the residue of  pistachio during the refining process.
