MEC3Bio is a line of certified organic ingredients for the production of organic artisan gelato.
Organic milk, organic fruit and MEC3Bio ingredients: all rigorously controlled and certified to guarantee the respect of organic food philosophy.

Organic product without saccharose  for the preparation of a milk base for organic gelato (hot process). We recommend pasteurizing at a temperature of +85°C.

DOSAGE: 1 bag (10.4 kg of product) + 10.4 L of milk + 38.26 L of water, 20.8 L of cream  + 13.73 kg of sugar + 4.51 kg of INTEGRA MEC3BIO.
