INGREDIENTS and ALLERGENS (according to Reg. (EU) 1169/2011):

MILK proteins, vegetable fibres, humectant (erythritol), cane sugar, fructose, date sugar, acidifier (citric acid), maltodextrin, thickener (tara gum), colouring (anthocyanins), strawberry seeds, powdered strawberries, natural flavouring, flavourings.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION (PER 100G):

Recipe:

1. Place in a jug 2,600 kg of room temperature full-fat milk, then slowly pour in the contents of a bag of 1,030 kg stirring with a whisk; mix thoroughly;
2. Leave the mixture to rest for 10-15 minutes for the correct hydration of the ingredients;
3. Pour the mixture into the batch freezer and freeze for the necessary time;
4. Extract the gelato.

Tips:

For a better distribution of the 0,330 kg of variegate, we recommend distributing it during extraction in 2 or more layers.
