INGREDIENTS and ALLERGENS (according to Reg. (EU) 1169/2011):
MILK proteins, vegetable fibres, humectant (erythritol), low-fat cocoa powder, cane sugar, fructose, date sugar, thickener (tara gum), emulsifiers (E472b, E477), flavourings, SOYBEAN flour.

HOW TO USE THE KIT?

Recipe:
- Place in a jug 2,600 kg of room temperature full-fat milk, then slowly pour in the contents of a bag of 1,030 kg stirring with a whisk; mix thoroughly;
- Leave the mixture to rest for 10-15 minutes for the correct hydration of the ingredients;
- Pour the mixture into the batch freezer and freeze for the necessary time;
- Extract the gelato.
Tips:
For a better distribution of the 0,330 kg of variegate, we recommend distributing it during extraction in 2 or more layers.
