MILK proteins, humectant (erythritol), vegetable fibres, cane sugar, fructose, coconut flakes 5,0%, skimmed MILK powder, date sugar, thickener (tara gum), acidifier (citric acid), emulsifiers (E472b, E477), coconut milk, flavourings, SOYBEAN flour, maltodextrin.
MAY CONTAIN: EGG, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, PISTACHIO NUTS.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION (PER 100G):

Recipe:

1. Place in a jug 2,600 kg of room temperature full-fat milk, then slowly pour in the contents of a bag of 1,030 kg stirring with a whisk; mix thoroughly;
2. Leave the mixture to rest for 10-15 minutes for the correct hydration of the ingredients;
3. Pour the mixture into the batch freezer and freeze for the necessary time;
4. Extract the gelato.

Tips:

For a better distribution of the 0,330 kg of variegate, we recommend distributing it during extraction in 2 or more layers.
