CHARACTERISTICS: Base with an increased amount of emulsifiers, compared to Supergelmix D.
- Does not contain vegetable fats and sorbitol.
- Contains fructose and vegetable fibre.
- Allows to obtain a very airy and creamy structure that remains the same even after some days in the showcase.
DOSAGE: 50g ULTRAGELMIX + 300g sugar + 1 l water + 100g fruit paste.
