A gelato made by employing the use of a fresh vanilla pod that has been slit open and left in infusion. For this Paste MEC3 has selected the best vanilla pods, Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar and has decided not to add anything else.
A Paste WITHOUT FLAVOURINGS or COLOURINGS, just natural and vegetable extracts in order to enjoy the true flavour of Vanilla and to create a completely natural gelato. 

DOSAGE: 20/30 g per litre/mix
Cold preparation.
