This unmistakable paste uses only 100% Sicilian pistachios for an intense and perfectly balanced flavour, now in an even more practical pack.

ORIGIN: ITALY; Sicily.

INGREDIENTS:Pistachio paste.

THE GELATO: It’s advisable to use the Pistachio Sicilian paste with a Base without flavourings, to avoid covering the Pistachio flavour which is characterized by intense flavours of Pistachio.

The colour of the paste is brownish/green and the gelato you will obtain is light brown with green highlights.

DOSAGE: 80 / 120 g per Kg of base mixture.
