CHARACTERISTICS: innovative base for the preparation of a new type of fruit flavours with a velvety structure. Only with fructose.

PROPORTIONS FOR PULPY FRUIT: 3 kg fresh fruit – 900 g product (1 packet).
PROPORTIONS FOR LEMON AND GRAPEFRUIT: 500/700 g fresh fruit – 900 g product – 2.3/2.5 litres water – 30 g Softin.
PROPORTIONS FOR ORANGE AND MANDARIN: 2.5 kg fresh fruit – 900 g product – 30 g Softin.
PROPORTIONS FOR BANANA
First recipe: 2 kg fresh fruit – 900 g product – 30 g Softin
Second recipe: 2 kg fresh fruit – 900 g product – 0.5 litres milk – 0.5 litres water.
