Ingredients

1.5 kg of fresh peaches
1.5 kg of fresh mango
To decorate: Mec3 Fiordimango variegate, peach and mango slices
1 bag of Le Vellutate Base for fruit gelato

Preparation

Take flesh peaches and mango.
Combine a bag under the velvety
Mix the ingredients using the mixer.
Pour the mixture into the blender and start the process of freezing.
Remove the ice cream and decorate with the varied Mec3 Fiordimango and sliced fresh peaches and mango.
