Tiramisù

In 1984, MEC3 was the first company to develop the ideal product for preparation of the Tiramisù gelato that has become a classic in all gelato shops all over the world.

SWEET MASCARPONE is a semi-finished powdered product to be added to the white or yellow base, for preparing a delicious mascarpone flavored gelato.

To create Tiramisu' gelato, MEC3 suggests:

1) Fill the mascarpone gelato with pieces of sponge cake, that have been soaked in a water and "BAGNY tiramisu' MEC3" mix;
2) decorate with Mec3 Tiramisù TOPPING;
3) sprinkle with cocoa powder.
