Caramel and pine nuts fancy paste, with toasted pine seeds.
CARAPINO is particularly adapt to variegate gelato taste such as Fiordilatte and Vanilla.

CArefully toasted pinenuts soaked in a caramel souce and at the same time skilfully flavoured and diluted to a perfect density so that its can decorate the Gelato without slipping away, simultaneosly combining the gelato base flavour, completing and improving to the upmost.
