Cassata gelato ingredients

180 g Base Elena Mec3
160 gr sugar
100 g Cassata Agrigento Mec3 paste
1 lt milk
To decorate:
Candied fruit Mix
Sponge cake
Bagny Mediterranean Mec3
Cover Stracciatella "M" Mec3

How to prepare Cassata gelato

Prepare the base with milk, sugar and Base Elena Mec3 directly into the pasteurizer.
Withdraw the necessary amount of white base from pasteurizer, flavor it with 100 grams per kilogram of pasta Cassata Agrigento and stir vigorously to mix the ingredients. Now pour the mixture in the blender. Remove the gelato and stuffed with a mix of candied fruit.
