Dosage per kg/mix 70 g.
*Green Apple: 2,5 kg buckets.
**Plum: Dosage per kg/mix 100 g
DOSAGE USING ONLY PASTE: 100 g of Base Frutta frutta - 300 g of sugar - 100 g of concentrated fuit paste - 1 litre of water (or half water and half milk). We suggest to let the mix settle for at least 20 minutes. 3 g Softin Mec3 at the end of the freezing process.

DOSAGE WITH PASTE AND FRUIT: 270 g of sugar - 50 g of Super Gelmix to mix dry with sugar - 50 g of concentrated fruit paste - 400/500 g of fresh or frozen fruit - 0,6 litres of water (or half water and half milk). We advice to let the mix settle for at least 15 minutes. 3 g Softin Mec3 at the end of the freezing process.

Milk for Gelato

If added to the mixture before blast freezing, they give the gelato their typical cream taste. Available in many different flavours.
