How easy is it to prepare
There are two preparation procedures: cold and hot. The Hot preparation is suggested for dairy based flavours. In this case you would need a pasteurizer or a batch freezer equipped with the pasteurization modality.
1 Top quality ingredients
Raw materials: milk, cream, sugar, fruit.
Mec3 products: bases in powder, and a large variety of flavouring creams and pastes.
2 Preparation of the recipe
By mixing the raw materials and the Mec3 products together, you prepare the liquid gelato mix. You can obtain any flavour you want simply by adding the desired Mec3 paste.
3 Freezing
During this process the liquid mix becomes smooth and silky gelato. You can ripple the gelato Mec3 variegates to enrich the flavour.
4 Decoration and display in the showcase
The Gelato must always look fresh and attractive, if you see such a wonderful display you cannot resist the temptation of trying it!
