After the great success on the market of the Limetta flavor,  Mandarinetta has born , a new Mec3 kit.
It is a three-component kit useful to realize a fantastic mandarin taste Gelato.

Such as Limetta, the peculiarity of this product stays in keeping separated the acidity of the fruit from the natural essential oils inside the paste; in this way we are able to obtain a fresh squeezed mandarin ice cream.
With the variegate, rich in whole mandarine segments, we realize a extraordinary flavored gelato, visually very attractive.

DOSAGE

2,5 l of water + 1 bag of mandarinetta Base (1,1 kg) + 1 jar of mndarinetta Paste (200g).
Ripple a will with Mandarinetta Variegate.

THE CARTON CONTAINS

8 bags of Mandarinetta Base- 1,1 kg each
8 jars of Mandarinetta Paste – 200 g each
1 tin of Mandarinetta Variegato – 1,4 kg

Other uses

Mandarin Frozen Sorbet
Preparation with Granita Machine: 2,5 l of water + 1 bag of Mandarinetta base + 50 g of Panmec F + 1 jar of Mandarinetta Paste.

Mandarin Granita (Italian Slush)
Preparation with Granita Machine: 2 l of water + 1 jar of Mandarinetta paste + 300 g of sugar + 20 g of Citrosin
