ABO born as a stock company has become a Foundation, thanks to the convergence between ABO Association and ABO Project, which decided to merge and give life to a new reality.

For a long time Mec3 has supported ABO, feeling part of this mission in helping Italian researchers and research centers, which are very excellent poles but rarely they succeed in obtaining the necessary economic support from the public sector for accomplishing their need in studying and scientific testing.

Up until this time enterprises such, as Mec3 has supported ABO research, but from now, as a Foundation, ABO can turn to all societies asking an economic help through a 0.5% voluntary contribution  (when they fill in their tax return), through devises, direct interventions, in order to fasten a new dialogue with the entire society.
