This variegato is made with the best quality Mango Indian Alphonso, its tipical intense aromatic perfume has made it famous through out the world.

We advice you to use Fior di Mango on Mango & Cream gelato (produced with white base and a low dosage of new alphonso mango paste) or as variegato for yogurt or fiordilatte gelato.
