Alphonso Mango Paste

This paste is also created with Alphonso Indian mango. You can make the product with water as well as with the white base.

In particular we advice to use this product in combination with Fior di Mango with which you can variegate the mango gelato made with this paste.

DOSAGE

100 g for liter of water; or 70 g per kg of white base
