Ingredients
3 kg of fresh melon
The Le Vellutate base. 1 bag

Proceedings
Remove the pulp of fresh melons and join it to the velvet bag basis.
Mix the mixture with the mixer.
Pour the mixture into the blender and start whisking.
Once ready, remove the ice and garnish with slices of melon.
