Lemon cream rich with Limoncello flavour and sponge cake

This  Mec3 novelty is inspired by the flavours and traditions of the Amalfi Coast, a stretch of coast known worldwide for its natural beauty, an UNESCO world heritage site  since 1997 and has always been a symbol of Italy.

When tasting Amalfi it’s like  tasting a Lemom  Delight, a typical Neapolitan  dessert. For the Kit Amalfi  we were  inspired by symbols of the  Amalfi coast:  Sfusato lemon with low acidity and an incredibly intense perfume, the famous liquor Limoncello made by  macerating the lemon rind and the soft sponge cake of traditional classic desserts.

Amalfi is a lemon cream rich with Limoncello flavour and sponge cake that captures the sun and scent of the Amalfi coast. An angle of Paradise to display in your showcase.
