Genius Gelato-Maker is the exclusive software application created by Mec3 School of Gelato to balance your artisan gelato and obtain recipes easy to measure, personalize and quantify their cost.In particular it allows to:
- have information about the blend which is being produced,
- minimize the amount of time necessary to obtain the desired mix, in compliance with set specifications,
- attain the target values set by the user.
Genius is multilingual: the program controls and menus can be used in English or Italian, while recipe and ingredient data can be saved and accessed in any language, simply by updating the specific charts.
