Maximum quality: Mec3 laboratories  have studied this fantastic product with water preparation  in order to produce a high pure chocolate percentage Gelato, characterized by a very dark colour in the showcase.
Thanks to its recipe the Gelato with Extra Dark stays malleable in time.
You prepare Extra Dark using water and not milk.

Milk chocolate    
           
Extra Milky  is a preparation in powder, rich with Milk chocolate chips visible inside the bag; and is a product perfectly balanced in the laboratory to create a Gelato that does not become solid in the showcase.
Extremely practical to use: One bag of product and 3 liters of milk. The only warning is to use very hot or boiling milk in order to melt correctly the nuggets of milk chocolate present inside the product. It is not necessary to leave the product to rest, once the product has been sprinkled in the milk it can be poured directly into the blast freezer.
You will obtain a Gelato with a particularly creamy structure that guarantees a sensation of fullness in the mouth. The Gelato is the typical color of Milk chocolate.

White Chocolate

Product in powder rich in white chocolate chips, practical and versatile, in order to obtain quickly a delicious Gelato rich in white chocolate.
Unlike the other products on sale, Extra Milky is the only one which presents real white chocolate chips and these signify the best guarantee of the quality of raw materials.
