A nice gelato shop-window is probably the most important "visiting card" of the gelato-maker: in so a few minutes as the client approaches the stand, it is necessary strike his couriosity and stir his desire to eat. Therefore the presantation of the product is by itself foundamental: the gelato is supposed to appear creamy, the basin must be enriched by fair decorations, where the fantasy of the gelato-maker can indulge his whims in one hundred different ways.
A new instrument exists today to make decoration easy: special spatulas with a particular MEC3-design, that make infinite variations possible by moving in two ways: undulatory movement or semicircle movement, according to the effect that is aimed to be obtained.
Naturally the two movements can be "combined" together, to obtain one more different effect. One of the advantages of these spatulas is the possibility to regenerate oneself's product also for the day after the production. The five spatulas are made in steel, that is the best material to allow an easy washing and an unlimited duration in time.DVD: to widen oneself's knowing of decoration tecniques, today is available a new DVD that shows in a simply and clear way the different use methods.
