Bases for Mousse +2°/+4°: Mecmousse

The products Mecmousse are composed of a special mixture ideal to obtain soft and velvety mousses ideal for immediate consumption.
Serve at +2°/+4°c.


PREPARATION:

  1. Whip in the beater the very cold milk with the product (if you use the neutral Mecmousse you must add the aromatized paste in the taste you prefer).
  2. Pour the mousse in glasses or little moulds, then put in the fridge for a few hours and serve.
