The Cremfix Line has been created to give the cakes with cream base a better firmness and thickness and to keep them always perfect at the moment of the cutting. Preserve and consume at a temperature of +2° +4°.
PREPARATION
- Whip the fresh cream
- In a different container mix the lukewarm water with the product (if you use neutral Cremfix you must add the desired flavouring paste).
- Add the whipped fresh cream, mix it carefully and the cream will be ready to be used.
