Bases for Cakes +2°/+4° : Cremfix

The Cremfix Line has been created to give the cakes with cream base a better firmness and thickness and to keep them always perfect at the moment of the cutting.
Preserve and consume at a temperature of +2° +4°.

PREPARATION

  1. Whip the fresh cream
  2. In a different container mix the lukewarm water with the product (if you use neutral Cremfix you must add the desired flavouring paste).
  3. Add the whipped fresh cream, mix it carefully and the cream will be ready to be used.
